Same Old Dramatic Bullshit

Almost 2 years, huh? Does that mean I was not pathetic during that time interval? Maybe. Maybe I wasn't pathetic enough to blog then. Well, I'm here, which means I have to hide in my shell again.

When I was a kid, I adapt to people's attitude to get new friends. That was my coping mechanism to avoid being lonely or alone during my school days. I think I'm so used to adapting so much that I'm messed up right now. I overdid it to a point where I'm so inconsistent with what I'm telling people about me and who I actually am.

Don't get me wrong. I don't lie to others intentionally, except when it's a surprise or a joke or I hate you. I might have lied a little - just a little - without even knowing it to my friends. Small, unimportant lies about my favorites or what I'm going to do with what I like. Nothing life changing, nothing relevant anyway. I don't know.

A friend pointed this out when he was (or is) so pissed at me for something I said to him. He said my logic was flawed and it doesn't match up to what I said before. You know what? He was right. This triggered my blogging. Pathetic? For me, yeah. That basically told me that I need to get my act together and figure out who I am.

I adapt to people so easily. Maybe I have adapted easily too much... Too much to a point where I don't know who I really am anymore. The question is: How the hell am I suppose to know who I am again? Make a list? Reflect on things? Discard everything and figure out which one I miss? I have a lot of thinking to do. If I don't do it now, I might end up losing friends, which is the opposite of what I wanted 20 years ago.

I better get my act together and fast. I may be damaging some relationships I have without even knowing it. >_<

Quick Update

1) I feel like shit.

2) It feels like the 1st quarter of 2005 all over again.

3) I'm watching a lot of TV series right now

-The Big Bang Theory rocks! It's on its 3rd season.
-How I Met Your Mother is on its 5th. Still going strong, Ted's still talkative. ^_^
-House is rehabilitated. The world is coming to an end.
-Glee is surprisingly funny. It's okay. Not great, but okay. Never a fan of musicals.
-Jay Leno is still funny. Why did he ever leave the Tonight's Show?? Conan's doing a great job there by the way. ^_^
-LIE TO ME IS AWESOME!
-One Tree Hill is getting a lot more boring than its previous season. So sad...
-Blair Waldorf ftw. haha
-Beginning to watch a lot more UFC than usual. That's cool. GSP!! I know everyone hates Brock Lesnar, but you have to admit, he's doing good. [UFC heavyweight champ "doing good"? what an understatement...] ^_^
-Going back to my roots: downloading a lot of Scooby-Doo episodes and animated movies. haha
-The Bleach filler is totally awesome. Zanpakuto Arc rocks!
-Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is a lot better than the 1st one. Well, it is loyal to the manga, but it's also better animation-wise.
-Bones is still funny. Although I missed the 4th season... :( But I'm watching the 5th. Bones-Booth tandem still funny as hell. ^_^

4) Which reminds me... Sheldon and Bones will make THE MOST LOGICAL BABY on the planet... if ever that is... hahahaha

5) With VS's demise, I found myself getting hooked on the PSP game Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. I'm really addicted. There are times that I'm both happy and sad that I bought a PSP. hahaha

6) Still love Gundam vs. Gundam. EXIA FOR THE WIN!

7) Maybe I'll post something about Monster Hunter next time... Just like the good old VS days...
