Blog Description

I found this in BlogSkins. It looks a little bit childish [or gay even] but what the hell... I like turtles. :)

Sorry for the conyo-type of writing... I'm not that good with pure English or Fil, and I'm not that good in writing... But I love making kwento... :) nyahahaha [joke lang]

    I'm Back!

Like the title said, I'm back at blogging! haha I forgot how frustrating it is to come up with a name and address for blogs, since almost the whole world is blogging. And I have to "partner" [??] it with my turtle template... A little childish, but it's cool. I like turtles. :)

My original address for this blog was shellshock, it was taken. Also shellshocked, shell-shock, shell-shocked. Then I thought of shellter, gets naman kung bakit diba? But someone thought of it before me. What about shell-ter? Hmmm... Tada!! shell-ter it is... :)

Gaya-gaya? Maybe... I kinda miss blogging - all my taglish sentences, the grammatic errors I'm never aware of, and all the reflecting I do everytime I type or make kwento... :) haha [kita nyo?]

For somebody who hates English, Lit, Filipino, and any other subject that involves writing, I'm the one who always has something long write about. But most of them are just nonsense or not important to other people. I'll try to write something worth think about... :)

Over the weekend, I've been thinking about a gift for Reia. I've been away for so long that I am not updated - her likes, dislikes, and such. After a sleepless night, I decided to cook for her. Actually, Chia told me to cook for her. It sounds sweet enough, right? :) I called her mom last Saturday to ask what's Reia's favorite food. Tempura, Carbonara, and Korean Beef Stew. Wow... Under a P400 budget, my mom told me to make carbonara na lang.

The next night, under the coaching of my mom, I cooked. She left me in the kitchen after a while because of Sharon's show in ABS CBN. Cooking was more difficult and hotter [duh] than I thought. I almost cut myself when I was cutting the chicken. Nakakangawit yung pag-stir. Ang hirap magtantsa ng taste for the sauce. Good thing my mom still remembers her stressed son in the kitchen. She goes back and forth from the sala to the kitchen, giving me pointers and taste-testing. Siya na rin yung nagdadagdag ng konting salt, sugar, and the like sa mga hinahalo ko, telling me kung cooked na yung chicken, okay na yung sauce, and blah blah blah... Over all, I did 65% of the work. Tama kaya? :)

And kanina, I gave my gift to Reia. Nakakatawa lang kanina kasi ang tagal nilang umalis ng room. Kung nakita nila yung mga expressions ko, for sure matatawa sila. Hope she likes the carbonara...

I thank Chia for the wonderful idea... :)
